WHO WE ARE?
KaZi – KaZi Youth Development Association is a voluntary youth organization formed by community members of maternity cell, Mukono District in 2015 to ensure improved livelihood for all through skilling the youth, single mother, school dropout and street children for empowerment and economic transformation with activities of shoe making, training and income generation.
Members of this organization were compulsorily moved into a cooperative compassion for the concerns of deteriorating conditions among the youth and lack of life style skills for self sustainable economic growth.
So, therefore KaZi – KaZi youth development association has introduced a number of projects which include shoe making as a pathway for economic development.
Enabling youth farmers to adopt climate - smart approaches to help build more sustainable food system to combat hunger and protects environment. This improves livelihoods and creates new business opportunities.
When girls learn,they can transform their lives, families, towns, cities & nations. They can build their community's health, strengthen their community's economics & positively impact the planet's environment. This change is deep, wide & long- lasting.
Kazi-kazi youth development organization expands access to poverty alleviation intervention in Uganda. We believe that many solutions to poverty already existed, The challenge is distributing them to people who need them.
